The Journaling Heart Journal

When lost, find your favorite pen or pencil and write. (or digital notes)

As we write/type, something unique happens with the energy generated between our fingers and thoughts.  We reach a point of genius to see past barriers we had not previously realized we needed to see.  When we write/type, we simply think different about our thoughts as we circulate the words out in front of us, only to then shuffle and reorient back into our brain in a refreshed way.

TRY IT:

Get paper/digital space: make time to write/type about this simple question to test the theory of seeing your thoughts for the first time….ready?

  1. Write a happy story in 5 words or less or in two sentences…choose your own adventure here.
  2. Read it over without judgment

Great!  Now that you’ve read the words fresh off your mind, see if you can go deeper to write with even more meaning:

  1. Write that happy story in 5 words or less or in two sentences.

Did anything change? Did you find more enthusiasm happening? More importantly, could you appreciate the art of charming your way into knowing yourself better? As you learn awareness about what’s important to you, you will naturally trim the nonsense and get into the heart of what is actually important while journaling.

The Journaling Heart Journal

Journaling is a journey between your heart and mind that brings you to where you are right now.

“If you want a new outcome, you will have to break the habit of being yourself, and reinvent a new self” Dr. Joe Dispenza

Journaling helps the inner chatter find its true voice. Through writing, we find keys to track motivation, dismantle limiting beliefs and visually see the shift of focus through time.

“When feelings become the means of thinking, or if we cannot think greater than how we feel, we can never change. To change is to think greater than how we feel. To change is to act greater than the familiar feelings of the memorized self.” Dr. Joe Dspenza

Love Bites contains phenomenal heart photos found in natural settings, simple quotes of inspiration and journaling prompts with playful pages to persuade you to express what’s in your heart.
